Medical Student Opportunities
St. Francis Medical Center serves as a third- and fourth-year clinical rotation site for medical students from VCOM. The Director of Student Medical Education for VCOM, Dr. Rolf Morstead, supports these learners in a hands-on and rigorous clerkship.
We also host fourth-year medical students from across the U.S. for acting internships and a broad range of elective rotations. If you are a fourth-year medical student, you can request to do an acting internship by applying via Visiting Students Learning OpportunitiesTM (VSLO®).
