Our patients tell us that the quality of their interactions, our attention to detail and the efficiency of their visit results in healthcare like they've never experienced.

If a problem arises during your time with us, please bring it to our attention immediately. Contact your nurse or the nurse manager on your floor. In addition to in-room resources, we also have a Patient Advocate who can assist you. Call (318) 966-4352 and someone will respond as quickly as possible. Advocates help ensure patients have satisfactory hospital stays, promote the respect and dignity of patients, and educate patients about the changing healthcare environment. They assist patients in understanding patient rights and responsibilities and provide an avenue through which a patient may voice a concern, suggestion, problem or complaint with assurance it will be addressed and, when possible, resolved.

You are encouraged to contact the Joint Commission's Office of Quality Monitoring to report any concerns or register complaints by either calling (800) 994-6610 or emailing complaint@jointcommission.org.

Parking at St. Francis Medical Center

Free self-parking is available in our large seven-story, covered parking garage. To access the parking garage, please enter from South Grand Street or Calypso Street.

Free Valet Service

This service is available at the front entrance of St. Francis Medical Center, 309 Jackson St.

Monday – Friday, 5:30 a.m. - 7 p.m.

Free Shuttle Service

Guest shuttle services are offered from the parking garage. The shuttle makes stops on each floor of the garage near the elevator entrance continuously throughout each day during hours of operation. The shuttle will bring riders to the front entrance of the hospital or other services areas as needed. This service is offered free of charge for our patients and guests.

Daily, 6:30 a.m. - 7:30 p.m.

Escort Available

For your protection, please lock your car and remove valuables. If you would like an escort to your car, call Security at (318) 966-7232.

Tobacco-Free Campus

For the health and safety of our patients, guests and team members, all our campuses and parking areas are tobacco-free.
